Update: Terms and conditions for fairs.

The following paragraphs have been amended:

1.2) Our stalls are rented by the ½ table. The different measurements are stated in the descriptions of the items in the booking shop.

1.4) Prices and payments for stall reservations:

The payment must be made within 7 days of making your reservation. This is applicable to all sellers local and foreign. Without payment your reservation will be cancelled on the 8th day.

Prices are indicated in the description of the item on the online reservation shop. Prices can vary according the period you order in (the earlier you reserve, the cheaper it is). The different prices and their active dates are indicated in the descriptions of the items on the online reservation shop.

2.4) Stallholders will be held responsible for any damage they might cause the venue or to vehicles.

3.2) Access to the Occaphot’ venue for stallholders will be permitted only at the stated times:

  • For paying members of the ASBL from 7h00.
  • For stall holders who are not paying members of the ASBL from 7h30.

3.5) No « early birds » will be admitted […] give equal opportunity to all buyers. Any attempt at entry fraude by exchanging badges and/or parking cards, copying of entry tickets whether paying or free, by renting a stall in order to gain early access to vendors merchandise will lead to immediate bannishment of the people from the event itself and all future events. 

3.8) The members up to date with their fees and on presentation of their badge do not have to pay the entrance fee to events organised by Photographia. They have the right to their free entrance to any event organized by Photographia. Entrance tickets and free drinks tickets provided by the association can in no case be copied or redistributed. Drink tickets can be used only by the member and their assistants who have their official badge and only at the even for which they are meant. Tickets are nominative and cannot be used later at an upcoming event. Any fraud will see the application of point 3.5) above.

2 days left on the promotion

There are two days left to benefit of the reduced prices.

  1. Order your half tables*
  2. Order your badges (for you and your assistants). The deposit paid will be refunded when you return the badges.
  3. Order your parking card
  4. Give us the indentity information and number plates for the badges and cards: https://photographia-asbl.com/?page_id=1843&lang=en
  5. Reservations must be paid within 7 days of placing the order.

 

*if you are an artist you can book a gridded pannel instead.

I would also like to offer an apology for the newsletter about the tombola. I tried a different method. The explanation in the module was unclear and it just sent out all the different language version separately bombarding those receiving it. I will not be using that method again I can assure you.

The Occaphot’ 2017 tombola

Dear friends,

 

Last year we held a tombola in which the prize was a job lot of film rolls. This year we’re doing more! You can win a Nespresso coffee machine, a Lomography camera or a job lot of rolls of film.

To enter you have one ticket included in your entrance ticket for Occaphot’. You can also increase your chances of winning by purchasing further tickets on the website or at the till at Occaphot’ 2017 that will take place on the 3rd December 2017 at our new venue.

Le gagnant du concours est……. (et puis aussi les infos pratiques de la journée)

Chers amis,

 

Nous avons le plaisir de vous annoncer que le gagnant du concours pour la place dans l’exposition photo d’Occaphot est Julien Bauwens. Venez nombreux découvrir son travail !

 

Occaphot’ c’est dimanche prochain.

Notre bourse se déroule à l’Athénée Royale d’Ixelles, 40 Rue de la croix.
Les horaires public sont de 9h30 à +- 16h
Le prix d’entrée est de 5€ et de 2,50€ pour les étudiants sur présentation d’une carte étudiant valable. L’accès se fera par la grille du parking.
Nous réservons une place de parking pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Nous aurons un bar qui vous proposera café, soft drinks, bières Belges et des snacks tels que des gaufres et des chips. Les tickets seront en vente à la caisse.

Comme l’année passée nous aurons le camion à pizza. Des pizzas à emporter faites par des Italiens sur feu de bois. Elles sont bonnes, profitez-en ! Nous posterons leur carte sur la page Facebook quand nous l’aurons.

 

Nous allons aussi vous proposer un petit tirage au sort pour gagner un lot de pellicules :

Pour tenter votre chance il suffira de remplir le petit bon de participation que vous trouverez sur la « table à flyers » non loin de l’entrée.

Un tirage au sort, fait par une petite main innocente, se fera le 6 Décembre parce que St Nicolas est partout
Ce concours est ouvert aux visiteurs uniquement.
